With our roots firmly planted, Cornish Plumbing general maintenance has been operating since the early 1900s, the company has grown organically by acquisition, diversifying into a number of complimentary services.

Cornish Plumbing was founded by Bert Cornish in 1902. He purchased a large block of land on the Pacific Highway, where he built stables for horses, carts & buggies used by the staff to run the business. This business was originally owned by Australian Gaslight Company. In the early days Cornish Plumbing Services was the only plumbing business in the Ku-Ring-Gai Area. The business grew heavily due to all the developments that were happening. Cornish Plumbing has been named the oldest plumbing company in Sydney’s North Shore. Bert Cornish was always one to provide an old fashion service built on ethics & excellence. This man strived tirelessly even in difficult times such as the Wars to continuously help community, family & friends.

Many decades later Allan Raad who has extensive experience in the Service Industry purchased the company & has expanded the business offering clients a “one stop shop” for Property Maintenance Solutions, “Plumbing, Electrical, Landscaping, Grounds & Maintenance, & Commercial cleaning”. Cornish Property Services employs only highly qualified & experienced technicians with significant industry experience.
